Interactive planning tool

Size a mobile and backend architecture before you write a brief

Set the platform strategy, backend shape, data sensitivity and integrations. The model returns engineering effort by discipline, a delivery timeline, a risk index and an indicative planning range — the same model our API runs server-side.

Indicative planning range

€102,500 – €162,500

Derived from 214 person-days at a blended €480–€760 per engineering day, excluding VAT. A maintenance year of roughly 33 days is quoted separately and is not included above. Indicative planning figures only. This is not a quote, not an offer and not a contract. Actual scope, effort and fees are agreed in writing after a technical scoping session.

What this configuration implies

  • Personal data is in scope, so the engagement includes a data-processing agreement and a documented data-flow map.

Service pillars

Four disciplines, one engineering team

Most engagements combine two or three of these. All of them are delivered under a written contract with named deliverables.

iOS & Android

Native & Cross-Platform Mobile Engineering

Business-owned iOS and Android applications built for your organisation under a written development contract — Swift, Kotlin, React Native and Flutter.

  • Swift / SwiftUI and Kotlin / Jetpack Compose native builds
  • React Native and Flutter cross-platform codebases
  • Offline-first data layers and background synchronisation

Backend & Cloud

Enterprise Custom Software & Cloud Backend

Custom business software and the cloud backends behind it: APIs, data models, integrations and deployment automation for EU-based organisations.

  • Domain modelling and relational schema design
  • REST and GraphQL API design with versioning strategy
  • PostgreSQL / MySQL data platforms and migration tooling

Advisory

Strategic B2B IT & System Architecture Consulting

Independent architecture and technology advisory for company decision makers — written assessments, target architectures and delivery roadmaps.

  • Technical due diligence and architecture assessment
  • Build-versus-buy and platform selection analysis
  • Legacy modernisation and migration roadmaps

Audit & Scale

Mobile Security Audit, API Ecosystems & Microservices

Contracted security review of your own mobile and API estate, plus the service decomposition work that follows from it.

  • Mobile application security review against the OWASP MASVS
  • API authentication, authorisation and rate-limit review
  • Service decomposition and event-driven architecture design

How we work

Three commitments that shape every engagement

Written scope before any code

Every engagement starts with a scoping session and a written statement of work: deliverables, acceptance criteria, effort and price. Nothing is billed against a verbal brief.

Your repository, your accounts

Code is written in your version control from day one and published under your own developer accounts. There is no lock-in and no escrow to negotiate at the end.

Data protection built into the contract

Where we process personal data on your behalf, a GDPR Article 28 data-processing agreement is signed alongside the main contract, with a documented data-flow map.

Scope of our services

We are a business-to-business engineering company. Here is what we do not do.

We work only with companies and public-sector organisations, under a written contract signed before any work begins. We do not advertise or provide services to private individuals, and we are not affiliated with, and do not act on behalf of, Apple, Google, Microsoft or any other platform vendor.

  • Consumer remote technical support, helpdesk or PC / phone "tune-up" services
  • Device repair, unlocking, data recovery or password / account recovery
  • Resale of third-party software licences, subscriptions or mobile applications
  • Any unsolicited contact about a problem detected on your device — we never do this
  • Services to private individuals; every engagement is a business-to-business contract
